Camp Food Service & Maintenance Conference

March 26-28, 2024

The Food Service & Maintenance Conferences have long been staples of the Adirondack Training Institute’s offerings. This one-of-a-kind program is specifically for staff and directors involved with food service delivery and property maintenance at camps and outdoor recreation centers.

We will continue to focus on providing industry-specific and hands-on sessions as well as opportunities to collaborate and network with your colleagues. Become current with industry trends, learn new approaches to dealing with old problems, and find out about the latest health and safety standards.

Pre-conference offerings such as ServSafe certification or ACA Standards workshops may be available.
